What Saarthi is, and isn't
Saarthi provides Vedic-astrology readings and decision-support computed from your birth chart. It is intended for reflection and decision-support only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it does not predict the future. Decisions you make remain entirely your own.
Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide; readings depend on them. You may only add other people’s birth details where you are entitled to do so.
Plans, questions & reports
- Plans grant a set number of questions over a validity period (for example, Lite: 30 questions / 30 days). Plans do not auto-renew; you renew only when you choose to.
- Reports are one-time purchases delivered as PDFs, each including a set number of bonus follow-up messages.
- Fair-use limits apply to higher-volume plans to keep the service available to everyone.
- Prices are shown on the site and in-chat; applicable taxes are added at checkout and reflected on your invoice.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor’s terms. We do not store your card or bank details.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no automated scraping, no reselling access, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no unlawful or abusive content.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party outages (WhatsApp, payment, or computation providers) may affect delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogitva is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on a reading, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having jurisdiction.
