Yogitva is a Vedic-astrology service on WhatsApp and at yogitva.life, operated by VASTUYOGI BHARAT CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”; GSTIN 24AAKCV1050C1ZT, registered office GF Q, Mondel Square, Opp. P Garden, S.G. Highway, Jodhpur Char Rasta, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what the service needs to compute your chart and answer your questions.
What we collect
- Birth details you provide: date, time, and place of birth, for you and any additional people you choose to add. These are required to compute a Vedic birth chart.
- Contact identifiers: your WhatsApp phone number and, where applicable, your name and email.
- Conversation content: the questions you ask and the readings we return, so the service can maintain context and history.
- Payment metadata: plan or report purchased, amount, and status. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Razorpay); we never see or store them.
How we use it
- To compute your chart against an ephemeris and generate personalised readings, briefs, and reports.
- To deliver the daily brief and respond to your messages on WhatsApp.
- To process payments and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your birth details or chat history to train any AI model outside your own account.
Chart computation & AI
Chart calculations are performed against a real ephemeris via a third-party astrology-computation provider. Readings are generated by a large-language model that translates that chart data into plain language. Only the minimum data required for a given reading is sent to these providers for that request.
Storage & security
Birth details and chat history are stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to you and, for support, authorised staff acting under a strict audit log.
Your choices
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from settings, or by emailing us. You can turn the daily brief on or off, and change your language, at any time.
Children
The service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
