Yogitva, operated by YOGITVA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. Everything you buy is delivered on WhatsApp, to the number linked to your purchase.
When you receive what you paid for
- Plans and add-ons (Trial, Lite, Pro, Astrologer, Extra Person) are activated on your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a couple of minutes.
- Reports are generated for your chart after payment and sent as a PDF in the same WhatsApp chat, usually within a few minutes. A download link is sent with it in case the PDF doesn't open.
- The daily brief (included with Pro and Astrologer) arrives on WhatsApp each morning at the time you set, for as long as the plan is active.
If something doesn't arrive
If a plan hasn't activated, or a report hasn't reached you within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@yogitva.life or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97143 11177 with your payment reference. We will deliver it, or refund the payment as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
